Accomplishments

  1. Served as President of the Pre-Occupational Therapy Student Association (former Vice President).
  2. Conducted undergraduate research on cognitive and mental health outcomes using virtual reality interventions.
  3. Initiated a Signature Honors Project on VR as a therapeutic modality, with upcoming presentations.
  4. Completed a clinical internship delivering therapeutic interventions across geriatric care settings.
  5. Volunteered across programs supporting individuals with disabilities and older adult populations.
  6. Studied abroad in Italy, Greece, and Turkey examining cultural influences on family and child development.
  7. Earned academic honors including Chancellor’s List and scholarships such as the HC Centennial Fellow Scholarship, Excellence in Recreation Scholarship and Dr. Nelson Cooper Scholarship. 
  8. Accepted into the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program, Methodist University.
