Dayana Allison
Dayana Allison is a junior in the Honors College, majoring in public health and psychology on the pre-medical track. She has a strong passion for service and rural health, and ultimately aspires to become a medical physician serving rural communities. On campus, she volunteers at ECU Health and has gained valuable experience as a volunteer doula and child life specialist, supporting both pediatric and maternal patients and their families. Dayana also conducts research for Brody School of Medicine’s Sexual Health and Reproductive Equity Engagement Lab (SHARE2Lab), and works under the Active Moms Lab, conducting research for exercise in maternal and infant health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, working out, traveling, and cooking.
