Mattox Piscorik

Mattox Piscorik is a sophomore at East Carolina University from Greenville, NC, majoring in nursing. Recognized as a North Carolina Governor’s Volunteer Service Award Winner, he is passionate about serving rural, eastern North Carolina. Within the Honors College, Mattox also serves as an Honors Mentor, helping incoming freshmen transition to their first year of college. Mattox currently serves as the reporter for ECU HOSA-Future Health Professionals. In addition, he serves on the Patient Family Advisory Council for the entire ECU Health system, where he helps improve overall patient outcomes. Outside of his studies and leadership roles, Mattox enjoys spending time with friends and family at the beach, traveling around the country, and attending ECU football and baseball games.
