ECU Regional Innovation Strategies Summer Internships

The Regional Innovation Strategies Summer Internship Program is a competitive program open to ECU undergraduates as part of a grant from the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration. ECU’s grant is titled eNC Innovates! The initiative is intended to fuel the creative and innovation ecosystem at ECU and the region. Students will be part of multi-disciplinary teams pursuing innovative solutions in sustainability, blockchain, medical innovation, research from federal laboratories, social innovation and team generated ideas. This program is a unique opportunity to work directly with professional innovators both within and outside of ECU, researchers and inventors, entrepreneurs, social innovators, and other experts.

We are building two new team from Technology from the CDC research priority list, they concentrate on bacteriophage and public water safety.
