Register for the GRE Review Course

The College of Business will teach a GRE review course in September. The review course examines the kind of information that is on the Graduate Record Exam so you can do your best.

The Quantitative portion of the course focuses on math and will help you understand the types of questions that are in the exam. The Verbal portion will help you develop strategies for solving the verbal reasoning questions found on the GRE. Practice questions are reviewed and discussed in both portions of the course.

The class uses The Official Guide to the GRE General Test, which is included in the course fee.

The course schedule will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30-9 p.m. on Sept. 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24. September 4 is a pre-test for all participants. The fee schedule is $250 for both sections, verbal and quantitative, and $175 for one section, either verbal or quantitative. Late charges will be applied after August 30th.

The class will be taught in the Harold H. Bate building on ECU’s main campus and is limited to 40 participants. It is subject to cancellation if enrollment is less than 15 students. To register for the exam call the Prometric Testing Center at 252-756-7427 or login at www.takethegre.com.
