Harvard Business Review wrote an excellent piece on our current situation and that feeling of discomfort that many of you have talked about feeling. “That Discomfort You’re Feeling is Grief” highlights several ways that you can manage this feeling and is worth a read.
On a final note, if you are feeling anxious and stressed with everything that is happening in the world right now, I encourage you to take 9 minutes to listen to this guided meditation by Alexandra Elle on “Re-Centering In Times Of Uncertainty.” It’s okay to be afraid and overwhelmed by everything that’s going on but it’s important to breathe and focus on the things that you are able to control.
All of us in the Honors College are thinking about you and your loved ones. Let us know if you have any questions, concerns or need someone to talk to you.
