Semester in Spain study abroad program

Highlights:

  • Spend 3 months in beautiful Santander, Spain! 
  • Earn 12-15 Spanish transfer credits. 
  • ECU Faculty member, Dr. Laura Levi-Altstaedter will be in residence during the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters. 
  • Travel and study with other North Carolina University students (group program).
  • Opportunities to interact with local Spanish college students.
  • One set price, regardless of state residency.
    • Price is TBD but will cover tuition, host family, meals, excursions, laundry, overseas health insurance and group flight from Charlotte. 
    • It will be less than a semester of out of state tuition at ECU!
  • Access to your normal ECU Financial Aid.
  • A limited number of scholarships still available for this program for fall!

Eligibility requirements:

Spanish major or minor

Must have completed or tested out of the first 4 semesters of Spanish

2.5 GPA

Good student standing

Apply by March 31 for Fall 2021 and September 15 for Spring 2022.
