USA Triathlon's Together, We Thrive Student Summit

USA Triathlon Together, We Thrive Student Summit provides an accessible introduction to career possibilities within the Olympic and Paralympic Movement.

Registration is now open for USA Triathlon’s inaugural Together, We Thrive Student Summit, a free virtual event open to college students on Oct. 9.

The goal of the Student Summit is to provide an accessible introduction to career possibilities and opportunities within USA Triathlon and the Olympic and Paralympic Movement as a whole. The proposed list of sessions includes:
• Unique Sports Panel – made up of representatives from smaller NGBs (Fencing, Archery, etc.)
• Events and Programs Session
• Marketing and Communications Session
• NGBs – Membership Organizations
• High Performance
• Constituent Engagement – knowing your constituents and how to engage/serve them
• NGB Chief Panel
• How to Land an NGB Internship: Tips for applying and interviewing
• Intern Success Stories and Pathways
• Networking Session – This would be a session where students have the opportunity to sign up for networking slots with representatives for different USA Triathlon internships and representatives from other NGBs
