Thriving & Resilient Campus Surveys

Dr. Angela Lamson is working on a research project called “Thriving and Resilient Campuses.” This project aims to explore your experience as a recent Pitt County high school graduate from the Fall of 2021 or Spring of 2022 and as a first-year student at East Carolina University in the Fall of 2022 or Spring of 2023. To do this, she is asking for your participation in an online survey that contains questions about your unique life experience. There is a second survey that is for guardians/parents. We ask, if you are willing, to share the second survey with your guardians/parents so they can participate. It is important for you to know that you, as the student, would not know if your guardians/parents participated in the study and that your guardians/parents would not know if you participated in the study. Both students and guardians/parents participating in this study will aid in creating trauma-informed and resilient campuses for both high schools and colleges/universities in Pitt County.
