John Hopkins Public Service Fellows Program

The Public Service Fellows Program provides full-tuition scholarships for students who pursue the Master of Arts in International Relations (MAIR) degree on the Washington DC campus of John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. It is open to both U.S. and international applicants. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. Special consideration will be given to those who demonstrate financial need.

The Public Service Fellows Program is designed to help students develop a strategic skill set that will enable them to find creative approaches to tackling today’s global policy challenges. In addition to the support they receive through these generous scholarships, Public Service Fellows enjoy curated programming and special opportunities to meet with alumni and other leaders already in prominent roles as policy experts and decision makers in public service.
