Listen, Breathe, Move: A Pilot Workshop for Informal Caregivers
Join us for a one-time workshop with guided breathing, stretching, and flexibility exercise, and music-assisted relaxation.

Choose one of the following dates to attend:
- Wednesday, May 31st at 7PM
- Monday, June 5th at 11AM
Who is eligible?
Informal caregivers
- Anyone who cares for an adult over 18 years old and assists with a variety of living, medical and/or financial needs
- Do so for at least 5 hours a week
- Have assisted for at least the past 3 months
- Receive no financial compensation for your assistance
- Must have access to a device with audio and video capabilities and internet access
What will happen during research?
You will be asked to take part in a 45-minute workshop that includes:
- Stretching and flexibility exercises
- Guided breathing and relaxation with music
- Complete several questionnaires
- Complete questionnaire via email 2-weeks after the workshop

At the completion of the study, individuals will receive a yoga starter kit including a mat, block and strap!
