Volunteer Hours, Free Food & a Free Shirt at Tar River Community Science Festival

The Tar River Community Science Festival takes place on November 9th at the Town Common(which is only about a ten-minute walk from campus). The TRCSF is a fun way to enjoy the sun, play around, and get some free food. Volunteering at this event could consist of you helping with sand art, photography, fishing lessons, chalk art, and more.

By volunteering at any of the four shifts (8:00am-11:00am, 10:45am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm, or 11:00am-4:00pm), you will receive a free T-shirt to wear during/after the event, a food voucher for the attending food trucks, and a good chunk of service hours for the clubs or classes you’re involved in.

You can register for the TRCSF by signing up on GivePulse and completing the Qualtrics form.
