About the job:

The User Enablement Event Team is responsible for managing customer events of many sizes, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid. We work with internal teams and strategic customers to develop and execute events with a focus on customer experience while supporting renewal and growth revenue.

Applications open December 2024 and interviews begin this month on a rolling basis

The internship is May 20 through August 8, 2025.

As an intern, you might:

  • Assist in planning and executing events by managing timelines, coordinating logistics, and communicating event information to ensure a positive participant experience.
  • Identify potential venues and help manage vendor relationships for in-person events, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality service.
  • Design and implement effective outreach strategies to promote internal and external Users Groups.
  • Leverage social media platforms to raise awareness, engage participants, and support event initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • You’re an undergraduate college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.  
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or Hotel and Tourism Management. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.  
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.  
  • You’re interested in the future of analytics and embrace technology.  
  • Be comfortable with a certain degree of ambiguity. A successful intern can create specific actions and paths from ambiguous goals and requirements.   
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
