Tutors needed for Student-Athlete Academic Support Services

As a tutor, staff members assist students in becoming independent learners. In the role of a tutor, staff members may assist with clarifying concepts, answering questions, offering direction, and giving examples to enhance understanding and ultimately enable the student to experience success when working independently. 

Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum of 3.2 or above cumulative ECU GPA
• Minimum of 30 college level credits completed
• Two academic references
• Able to serve as an academic and personal role model

Compensation

• Undergraduate: $11.50 an hour
• Graduate: $15.50 an hour
