Undergraduate Research Assistant Needed in Dept. of Criminal Justice

The ECU Department of Criminal Justice is seeking an Undergraduate Research Assistant to support the Gambling Research and Policy Initiative (GRPI) under the direction of Dr. Michelle L. Malkin. Responsibilities include data collection, transcription, coding, and online research across the following focus areas:

• Emerging Adults and College Students Gambling Research: Conduct background research, literature reviews and assist with poster development for conference submissions.
• Gambling among Low SES Individuals Data Collection: Support event planning, logistics and data collection.
• Telehealth Evaluation: Assist with data cleaning and background research.
• Casino VSE and Incident Research: Assist with data cleaning, background research and team collaboration.
• Conference Participation: Travel and present research papers and posters (contingent on acceptance).
• Additional Duties: As assigned.
