The Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE) is excited to begin recruiting students for our annual LeaderShape Institute, now in its 14th year at ECU!

The LeaderShape Institute®, offered in partnership with East Carolina University, challenges students to lead with integrity while developing a vision grounded in their deepest values. Through dialogue and self-discovery, participants strengthen their leadership capacity in a supportive learning community.

Program Details:

  • Dates: May 11–14, 2026
  • Location: Eastern 4-H Center, Columbia, NC
  • Cost: All expenses (lodging, meals, transportation, and program fees) are covered by CLCE
  • Eligibility: Students must be in good academic standing and enrolled for Fall 2026
