Community Resiliency Model Virtual Workshop – March 26
Are you stressed out, worried about the future, or looking to learn how to improve your wellness? This workshop will introduce participants to the Community Resiliency Model (CRM). CRM teaches how stress affects the mind and body and shares simple, easy to learn wellness skills that can help us better manage stress to be our best selves. The workshop will take place on Thursday, March 26th from 5-6:30 p.m. virtually.
After this workshop, you will be able to:
- Explore why people react to stress and trauma in certain ways
- Learn about the “Resilient Zone”
- Learn skills to regulate your nervous system
- Share these skills with those around you
