Are you interested in healthcare, leadership, professional development, or looking for a meaningful way to get involved at ECU?
HOSA-Future Health Professionals at East Carolina University is currently welcoming new members for the 2026-2027 academic year! HOSA-ECU is open to all students interested in all areas of healthcare, including medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health, law, healthcare administration, research, and many others. You do not need previous experience in HOSA to join.
As a member of HOSA-ECU, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Compete in healthcare, leadership, and professional events at regional, state, and international levels
- Develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Connect with other ECU students and members across the world who share an interest in healthcare
- Participate in service projects, professional development opportunities, and campus events
- Explore interprofessional education
- Become involved in HOSA-Future Health Professionals, an international student organization with around 400,000 active members, and over 4.6 million alumni
- Apply to scholarships, get discounts to prestigious study materials, and present research
