Summer 2027 Study Abroad: European Sport Industry in Ireland, Germany & Austria

Dublin, Ireland; Munich, Germany; and Salzburg, Austria provide an ideal setting for students to explore the global sport industry and gain firsthand insight into the European model of club sport. Through site visits, meetings with sport industry professionals, and cultural experiences, students will examine how sport organizations, governing bodies, and communities use sport to drive participation, performance, business success, and social impact. Studying abroad enhances learning by allowing students to experience international sport systems firsthand, compare them to U.S. models, and engage directly with the people and organizations shaping sport across Europe.
