Farm2Clinic’s mission is to improve the health of medically underserved communities across rural, eastern North Carolina through improved healthy food access, food and health literacy education to build knowledge, skills and capacity, and connections to healthcare.
Join the Farm2Clinic Produce Delivery Team
- Deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to patient participants of the Fresh Start Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Intervention
- Flexible dates/times available
- Semester-length commitment of 1 volunteer shift per month
- 5 hour monthly commitment
- Must have personal transportation
