Paid Internship Experience

The Zero Hunger Internship is a paid opportunity for current college students and recent grads to learn how to reach zero hunger through policy and advocacy in Washington, D.C. For 10 weeks over the summer, you’ll be placed with Washington-based organizations that work to end domestic or global hunger. You’ll learn about policy, program implementation, development and fundraising, and nonprofit management in the anti-hunger field as you gain real work experience.

Learn from experts on Domestic and Global Hunger

In addition to your work experience, you’ll expand your skills as an advocate for zero hunger with our five-part Summer Seminar Series, where you’ll meet experts on domestic and global hunger and poverty, advocacy, policy, and professional development.

Learning to Lead Alongside Others

You and your fellow participants will form a powerful learning cohort, supporting each other’s growth as you develop as leaders.
