Spanish in Buenos Aires, Argentina Study Abroad

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Students will have the opportunity to take a variety of courses towards their foreign language requirement or towards their Hispanic Studies minor and major while immersed in the language and culture in Buenos Aires. Students will participate in several cultural site visits, gather video-recorded and photographed artifacts, and then complete a digital project about their in-country experience, illustrated with their own digital artifacts.

Course offerings range from beginning language classes to upper division language and culture courses. Courses are also offered at the graduate level. Therefore, this program is ideal for students wishing to take Spanish courses to fulfill their foreign language requirement, for Hispanic Studies majors and minors, as well as for students wishing to take graduate-level Spanish courses.
