River Park North job opportunities

The city of Greenville is looking for individuals to become part-time park attendants and summer camp counselors at River Park North.

The Part-Time Park Attendant position has a pay rate of $9.71 per hour with a maximum of 40 hours per biweekly pay period. Individuals that are interested would be responsible for interacting with visitors, completing transactions, performing maintenance duties throughout the park, helping in conducting programs, and other duties as needed.

The Summer Camp Counselor position has a pay rate of $12.00 – $15.00 per hour. Individuals that are interested would work between 20 – 40 hours a week, depending on the camp program that they would be facilitating. This position would be from late- May to the first week of August. Some of the responsibilities would include interacting with children in the following age groups:

4 – 6
7 -9
10 – 13

Staff would also help conduct lessons, involving arts and crafts, outdoor skills, boating, and live animal presentations.
