Campus EMS applications close March 28th

Campus EMS is an On Campus 911 first response agency that provides medical care to the ECU community on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm-2am.

In addition to first response, student EMT’s also medically staff ECU sporting events and provide campus wide emergency education.

We are currently looking to fill 4 open positions for next school year (2025-2026).

These are PAID positions within Student Health Services and hired employees are expected to make a time commitment within the first response time frame outlined above.

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

Hold a valid North Carolina EMT-Basic Certification
Weekend/evening availability
Maintain a 3.0 GPA
Freshman/Sophomore applicants are highly preferred

If hired, students would be expected to do a basic orientation and training in April and would be expected to workout consistently throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
