Virtual Open House

Due to Hurricane Ian’s imminent arrival, East Carolina University has decided to postpone the university’s Fall Open House until November. With the deadline to apply to ECU to be Honors College eligible quickly approaching, we are hosting a virtual Open House session this Saturday, Oct. 1st at 10 a.m. to share information about the Honors College and the application process.

During this virtual session, you will receive an overview of the ECU Honors College and its scholarships, benefits and programs, as well as hear about the Honors experience from current students. You will also have the chance to ask questions.

To be Honors eligible, you must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.7 or minimum weighted GPA of 4.0. (We are not considering SAT/ACT test scores in our application process.) You must also apply to ECU by Nov. 1st.

Visit East Carolina University

We highly encourage students to visit ECU’s campus to learn more about the university. You can register for the Honors College’s upcoming Academic Day on Oct. 17. ECU also offers campus tours led by ECU students.

If you cannot make an Academic Day, we still encourage you to visit campus!
