Whitley McCoy

Whitley McCoy is a current junior in the Honors College, majoring in Business Administration Marketing, with a certificate in entrepreneurship. She is a Business Scholar and member of Beta Gamma Sigma, with hopes to pursue her MBA after undergrad with ECU. She spent two years researching mentorship programs in higher education to develop a pilot program that has now been implemented into the Honors College curriculum for freshmen. She serves as the secretary for Women in Business at ECU’s College of Business. Since 2016, she has volunteered at yearly Special Olympics events to help children with disabilities discover their strengths and abilities through athletics. As a lead ambassador, she wants to share her love for ECU’s Honors College and connect with prospective students.
